1) I don't have a Logo, and do I need one to start a website?
FDMS: No. We can set-up a website for you without one, all you need is the name of your business.
2) How much is a website?
FDMS: Well, the prices vary, from $300 to $3,000, but we usually charge $100 per page, unless special circumstances apply. Prices can vary due to complex design per page; number of pages, types an number of graphics on each page, coding, copyrighting, all impact the cost of a website. Any higher-level programming will cost more then $200 per page; this includes a login function, database, shopping cart, etc.
3) How many pages can my website have?
FDMS: You can have as many as you need, provided you pay the cost of them.
4) I don't have any idea how to advertise my business online, can Fulcrum help?
FDMS: Yes, we have experience in advertising campaigns, from print to web, we got you covered.
5) How long does a website take to build?
FDMS: Well, a website can take a few days, depending on the content arrival received from the client.
6) Will I be able to see my website in progress?
FDMS: Yes, it will be on our server space, and you will be provided with a link for viewing.
7) Can I make changes to the look of my website, after an agreement and contract accepted?
FDMS: Yes, but there will be a 25%-50% add-on cost of total design cost of project, because that means that the original design will have to be modified, so it is best to get it right the first time, the less changes you have to make, the more money you save.
8) What if I don't have anything to put on my website, but I still want to pay for one?
FDMS: Well, the first thing to do would be, think about what you want on your website.

  • Do you want specific images?
  • Are they royalty-free images?
  • Do you want a logo, or just your name?
  • What colors would you like?
  • Do you want a long web-page, or one that fits in the browser window?
  • Do you need someone to write some good texts for your site, or will you handle it?

    • Everything has a small cost, one way or the other, so it may be best to plan out everything before, then give us all of the content. We can do Royalty-Free Stock Photography at a cost.
    9) I would like some way for my readers to sign in, or leave messages for me on my website, can you help out with this?
    FDMS:     Yes. We can set you up with any type of online journal & messageboard/guestbook.
    10) I would like my users to be able to search my site for anything, can you accomplish this?
    FDMS:     Yes. We will add a Search Function for your site for a cost. You mention you want one, it will be included in your quote.
    11) How about my websites Search Engine rankings?
    FDMS:     SOE, or Search Engine Optimization, we can help you with that as well. We use a combination of keywords, links back to your site, to gain you exposure to the online community that is the web. But remember, no one can guarantee this to you, but we can get you started on the right track.

    12) Can I pay you for my website, after you are finished?
    FDMS:     We require a 50% down payment for any website design before we begin work, then the remainder after one week of completion of job.
    13) Website Design Cancellation
    FDMS:     You may not cancel the Web design once the design has been completed. If you still need to do so, there will be termination fees associated with the amount of work completed on the website, which is usually 100% of the design cost. So cancellation at this time, wouldn't be cost effective for you or your company. You would still owe 100% of the website design, as per the original contract.

    We typically do not recommend a whole Flash website design, due to the implementation of HTML 5, and the iphone and ipad's non-support of Flash, but we can create any of the above ad banners using Flash, or an image program, such as Photoshop.
    1) I need a website animated banner, what can I get?
    Well, there are a variety of sizes and price ranges.

    LEADERBOARD BANNER: 728 width X 90 height in pixels This banner is created to go across the top of a website.

    TOWER BANNER: 120 width X 600 height in pixels This banner is created to go down the side of a website.

    RECTANGLE BANNER: 468 width X 60 height in pixels This banner is created to go across the website in a place that can fit, either top or bottom of website.

    SQUARE BANNER: 125 width X 125 height in pixels This banner is created to go across the website in a place that can fit.

    SMALL SQUARE BANNER: 119 width X 64 height in pixels This banner is created to go across the website in a place that can fit.
    2) What kind of animations can I buy from you?
    You can get 3 different kinds. Animated Gif, or a Flash animation. Prices apply upon complexity.
    3) Banner Design Cancellation
    You may not cancel the banner designs once the designs have been created. If you still need to do so, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the design cost.
