1) What comes with this service?
FDMS: We take any picture or paper document, and scan it at any resolution you require.
2) What can I get scanned?
FDMS: Any paper document, or photograph. This includes any logos you create.
3) I have something that is 8 1/2 X 11 inches, but I'd like it scanned so that it is larger, can this be done?
FDMS: Yes. When scanning, we can increase it's size without any visible quality loss. We will give you parameters on what will work best for size ratio.
4) Can I give you a black and white paper, and have you scan it into color?
FDMS: Unfortunately no. When you hand us a black and white image to scan, it will scan at black and white. We can put a solid color tone over it if you like, but the main rule of thumb here is, you get out what you put in.
5) What does this service cost?
FDMS: A flat fee depending on the output size of the scan.
