1) What does this service come with?
FDMS: This service is basically just taking the photographs that you will need for either your website, or print materials; business cards, ads, flyers, etc. We will work together with you to determine the best approach and the best shots for you and your business.
2) Does this service come free?
FDMS: No. As you can understand, we all work to get paid, and this is just another cost. We will work with you to determine the best amount of photos you will need, so that we don't take any more then you need, to get the job done. We are not into over-charging a client with extra pictures to make up a certain order - we just do what you need, when you need it.
3) How many photographs can you take?
FDMS: When you order this service as part of your package, we will bill you a flat fee, for a series of shots of what you need, then we will work with you to determine the exact photo from the set taken, that you need.
4) What if the pictures did not come out what we wanted, can we have re-shoots?
FDMS: Usually we get the shots in the first round of the set. After the first round of photos taken, and you decide which photo you need for the project, should we begin processing that image and finish it, and you suddenly decide you want to change the image to something else, and require a reshoot, you will be billed for our time processing the first image. Our time is money too. However if you get to us before we begin processing the first image, and have us change direction, the reshoot will cost you nothing.
This is why we make sure of our photography direction before we begin the first round of shots. Right to the point, and right the first time. Any additional photos not planned out, will incur an additional cost to you.
PHOTO RESTORATIONS
1) What does this service come with?
FDMS: Well, we scan your old photos, take them into an editing program, and digitally fix them like new! Any tears, any missing parts of that image - we fix it!
Damage to every photo may not be the same, we may have to make an extensive repair, so before we begin, we ask to see all of the photos you would like us to work on. Simply scan them and email them to us, we can give you an assessment from there.

2) How much does this service cost?
FDMS: The service cost for this is $15 per image as a base cost. As damage to every photo may not be the same, we may have to make an extensive repair, so before we begin, we ask to see all of the photos you would like us to work on. You will then be given a quote based on $15 each as a base. If the damage is not severe, we will only charge $15 to repair that image.
