1) If I want a hand-drawn piece of artwork on my site, can you help with this?
FDMS: Yes. On-staff, we have talented artists trained in the traditional mediums. Cost per piece is based on complexity of artwork needed.
2) Do you offer colored artwork?
FDMS: Yes we do. If you need a professionally printed version, we will contact an appropriate printer, at lowest cost to you, and have it printed.
3) How would you deliver my artwork?
FDMS: By the U.S. Postage service, following strict guidelines to ensure your artwork remains undamaged in transit.
4) How would I pay for artwork?
FDMS: Well, again, we require a 50% deposit of total cost, then payments of smaller amounts, until final payment has been made, then we mail out your artwork.
5) Can I pay up front?
FDMS: Of course, in fact, that would make the process much faster, and you would have your artwork sooner, without having to wait for the final payment to be made. We do require a 50% down payment on any project.
6) Illustration Cancellation
FDMS: You cannot cancel after the illustration is complete. Billing on an illustration is billed at cost tiers. If we are 25% complete with the illustration, and you want to cancel it, there will be a termination fee of 50% of total design cost. If we are at 75% completion then it will be 75% termination fee. If you decide you do not want the art after it has been completed, at 100% completion, you will be billed the full amount, because the artwork is completed.
