1) What types of Designs can you do?
FDMS: We can set you up with anything you need! Business card design, logos, Brochures, Newsletters, Magazine layouts, Web Design.
2) I need business cards for my business, can you help with what needs to go on them?
FDMS: Of course. We have all the appropriate resources to get you the best looking business cards that you need.
3) What is the cost for Graphic design services?
FDMS: $40 an hour, but we won't just start working on the clock, we will work together with you beforehand, to get the right art direction you need, and then we estimate the design cost and quote the job for you for free, right then and there!
4) How do I pay for Graphic Design services?
FDMS: Cash, Check, or Money Order. We require a deposit of 50% before we can place you on the schedule and begin your project. Once any check clears, we will begin work on your project.
5) Can you do a rush Design?
FDMS: Yes, but at an additional cost, which could be an increase of 40% - 80% of design cost, and determination of schedule, what other jobs will have to be moved around to accommodate your project, and the complexity of your project.
6) Job Cancellation
FDMS: If you need to cancel the project, wherever we are at on the job, you will be billed a termination fee. The best time to cancel any job, is to do it before we begin working on it, that way you won't incur any termination fees.
