Yes. We can set you up to the point that you would have a domain address (something you do need to have so you can have an email account) and all the email addresses you need. The domain/creation of account can take 24 hours, but it is not limited to do so. Once the domain account is created, then your emails can be set up in a matter of hours.

2) I keep having trouble with my computer in my office, can you assist us?

We can refer you to a reputable IT Service. Whatever your problem, we can get to the bottom of it.

3) I know a little html myself, and the website you designed for me, I went in and tried to modify it, and I messed it up, can I call you to fix it at no cost to me?

No. We will have to go in, and look at the damage done, and give you a quote for the repairs.

4) Once I sign up for you to design a website for me, are you legally bound by the design contract, to update the website at my discretion?

No. A Website Design Contract, is just that, in order for us to update the website for you, you would need to sign up with us for a Maintenance Contract, and that has its own cost associated with it. But it would pay off, to have the people who created your website, maintain it, so you don't have any further problems with its functionality.
