2) What kind of deposit is needed before logo design can begin?

3) How many logos can I look choose from?

We will design 2 logos for you to choose from based on your input. You may choose 1 of them, with 1 free revision to it. Additional revisions will be billed out at an hourly rate of $40.

4) How will you deliver my logo for proofing?

Primarily via email, but if you are within city limits, we will drop it by with an attached fee for gas cost.

5) What is the difference between web logos & print logos?

Web logos are at a lower resolution: 72 ppi (pixels per inch), you would only use lower resolution for web, never for print! Print logos are at 300 ppi for best reproduction quality.

6) I have a specific color scheme, can I just tell you a color?

Well, there exists a book called the PANTONE© color swatch book, it has printable colors throughout. Any special instructions like, this color needs to look exactly like a gold, and not on the green side, then it will have to be matched to the book, so you must specify, so that we may inform the design team, and make sure the color is exactly to your specs.

7) Logo Design Cancellation

You may not cancel the logo design once the 2 designs have been created. If you still need to do so, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the proposed design cost.
