1) What is Digital Archiving?
Digital Archiving is a process where we back up all of your old paper files, scan old photos you want to keep, virtually anything you don't want to keep dragging around with you everywhere in paper form.
2) How much does this service cost?
Well, we do this service at $5.00 per scan.
5 pages = $25.00 25 pages = $250.00.
This service is well worth it, and we protect the privacy of ALL of our clients. You will receive 2 sets of your backups. 1 set to store at your home, the other set to be stored away from the home, in case of fire or other disaster.
3) What types of materials are good for Digital Archiving?
Photos, paperwork, names, addresses, and data you have on your computer.
4) How do I pay for this service?
We will give you an estimate based on the amount of files you need archived, and then we require 50% of total cost of project. The remainder of cost is to be paid upon project completion, and you will receive your discs.
5) Digital Archiving Cancellation
If you need to cancel the Archiving, wherever we are at on the job, you will be billed accordingly. The best time to cancel any job, is to do it before we begin working on it, that way you won't incur any termination fees. But to cancel the job, after the work is 90% completed, you will have a 90% fee, on top of the 50% down payment you paid to start your job.
